By using Inbox Phantom, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Inbox Phantom for any activity that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation

  • Identity theft or financial abuse

  • Circumventing security, paywalls, or service safeguards

  • Violating the terms of other websites or services

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct

  • Distribution or receipt of malware or malicious content

  • Mass automation, scraping, or abuse of system resources

  • Registering or accessing accounts that require a permanent or verified email address

Inbox Phantom must not be used to receive sensitive or confidential information, including:

  • Financial data

  • Medical or health information

  • Government-issued identifiers

  • Password reset or account recovery emails for critical services

Service Abuse & Enforcement

Inbox Phantom reserves the right to:

  • Monitor aggregate usage patterns

  • Restrict, throttle, or block access to the Service

  • Disable inboxes or domains

  • Take appropriate action to protect the Service and users

These actions may be taken without notice if abuse or prohibited activity is detected.

No Expectation of Privacy

Inbox Phantom provides temporary, disposable email addresses.
You acknowledge that:

  • Inbox Phantom is not a secure or private messaging service

  • You use the Service at your own risk

  • Inbox Phantom is not responsible for the content of received emails

Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to Inbox Phantom.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
